Pranamas to the Lord of all, beginningless, endless, omnipresent, omnipotent omniscient Bhagavan Janardana.
May Lord Vishnu protect me from the front.
May Srikrishna protect me from behind.
May Srihari protect my head.
May Janaradana protect my chest.
May Hrishikesha protect my mind.
May Kesava protect my tongue.
May Vasudeva protect my eyes.
May Balarama protect my ears.
May Pradyumna protect my nose.
May Aniruddha protect my skin.
May the Lord's Vanamala protect my neck from the front.
May his Srivatsa protect my neck from behind.
May Sudarshana chakra protect my left side.
May his Gada protect my right side.
May Musala protect my stomach.
May his Plough protect my backside.
May his bow, Sharnga protect my thighs.
May his sword, Nandaka protect my shanks.
May his Shankha protect my ankles.
May his Lotus protect my feet.
May Garuda keep all my activities safe.
May Varaha protect me in water.
May Vamana protect me in difficult situations.
