Do You Know Who Radharani Truly Is?

भूतकृत् – रजोगुणं समाश्रित्य विरिञ्चिरूपेण भूतानि करोतीति भूतकृत् – by assuming rajoguna, he creates the bhutas, beings living and non-living, as Brahma.
सर्वं ह्येदं ब्रह्मणा हैव सृष्टम्.
तमोगुणमास्थाय स रुद्रात्मना भूतानि कृन्तति इति भूतकृत् – one who annihilates the universe at pralaya as Rudra.
Both creation and dissolution are covered with the single name भूतकृत्.

Who is Radha?

Mahalakshmi, Sita, Rukmini – they are all the same as Radha. Draupadi is just her shadow.

Sri Hari’s true form is sachidananda – truth, awareness, and bliss. His own ananda, he projects outside into a physical form, and that becomes Lakshmi, Rukmini, and Radha. He finds newer and newer ways to enjoy his ananda and manifests it into human form. Radha is the manifestation of Sri Hari’s ananda.

How is he able to manifest? We saw that yogis can manifest. Sri Hari is Mahayogi, he is Sarva Yogeswareswara. He manifests, projects his own ananda into a human form of perfect love – that is Radha. Bliss and love are complementary to each other. From his bliss he projects love – that is Radha.

They are inseparable. Sri Hari cannot stay without Radha and Radha cannot stay without Sri Hari. If Sri Hari is the essence of ananda, then Radha is the essence of love. Bhagawan projects his ananda as Radha so that he can enjoy his own ananda in the form of perfect love, as Radha.

What we are talking about is divine love, not the worldly love which emanates from selfishness. The plane of this love is different. Otherwise, how can Sri Hari, who is the very abode of bliss, ever long for love? Longing is when you lack something. In a state of complete ananda, how can there be any longing?

He projects his own ananda outside as Radha, the perfect divine love, and Radha stimulates in Sri Hari longing for that love which she provides in abundance, and he enjoys it. From a state of complete ananda, he turns himself into a state of longing for love. Can ordinary love of a human plane ever make Bhagawan long for it?

Bhagawan himself says to Radha –
यथा त्वं च तथाहं च भेदो हि नावयोर्ध्रुवम्
यथा क्षीरे च धावल्यं यथाग्नौ दाहिका सति
यथा पृथिव्यां गन्धश्च तथाहं त्वयि संततम्

You and me are inseparable. If you are milk, then I am the whiteness in it. If you are fire, then I am the power to burn in it. If you are earth, then I am its smell. I am always part of you.

Because Radha is Sri Hari’s own ananda manifested into love.

  • How can one essence appear as many goddesses like Radha, Lakshmi, Sita, and Rukmini?
One essence takes forms that fit different times, places, and missions. The core stays the same.

  • What does it mean that bliss becomes a person?
It means a pure quality shows up in a relatable form so hearts can meet it, love it, and learn from it.

  • If the source is full of bliss, why speak of longing?
Longing here is play, not lack. Bliss enjoys itself by meeting itself as love.

  • Are love and bliss two things or one?
They are one reality seen in two ways. Bliss overflows as love; love fulfills bliss.

  • What does inseparable really mean in this context?
Like heat in fire or whiteness in milk, the two cannot be pulled apart without losing what they are.

  • Why use human relationships to explain divine truths?
Human love is the nearest mirror. It helps us sense what cannot be packed into logic alone.

  • Is divine love different from human attachment?
Yes. Divine love seeks no gain. It gives, receives, and rests without fear or bargaining.

  • What is the point of saying some forms are a shadow of another?
It suggests continuity. The light is one; shadows are how that light touches many stories.

  • Does manifestation need special power, or is it natural to the divine?
It is natural. Infinite being can express itself without strain.

  • Can ordinary devotion taste even a drop of that love?
Yes. Steady remembrance, humility, and service open the door.

  • What blocks us from seeing this unity?
Ego, fear, and habit. They keep the mind busy with scarcity and difference.

  • How should we hold both names and the nameless source?
Honor the names with devotion and remember the source is beyond all forms.

  • Do many divine consort stories create conflict or clarity?
Clarity, if you look at essence. Many doors, one home.

  • What does this view ask from our daily relationships?
Less grasping, more giving. See the other as a place where love itself is meeting you.

  • How do I begin to relate to bliss as a living presence?
Simple prayer, clean living, mantra, and honest kindness. Keep at it daily.

  • What changes when you truly see love as divine?
Neediness softens, gratitude grows, and courage to do the right thing increases.
