उप प्रागाद्देवो अग्नी रक्षोहामीवचातनः ।
दहन्न् अप द्वयाविनो यातुधानान् किमीदिनः ॥१॥
प्रति दह यातुधानान् प्रति देव किमीदिनः ।
प्रतीचीः कृष्णवर्तने सं दह यातुधान्यः ॥२॥
या शशाप शपनेन याघं मूरमादधे ।
या रसस्य हरणाय जातमारेभे तोकमत्तु सा ॥३॥
पुत्रमत्तु यातुधानीः स्वसारमुत नप्त्यम् ।
अधा मिथो विकेश्यो वि घ्नतां यातुधान्यो वि तृह्यन्तामराय्यः ॥४॥

yaa rasasya haranaaya jaatamaarebhe tokamattu saa ..3..
putramattu yaatudhaaneeh' svasaaramuta naptyam .
adhaa mitho vikeshyo vi ghnataam yaatudhaanyo vi tri'hyantaamaraayyah' ..4..

1. The divine Agni rose up high,
Destroying demons, making them die.
Burning evildoers, wicked and dark,
Yatudhanas turned into spark.

2. Burn the Yatudhanas, strike them fast,
Destroy the wicked, make them past.
Burn them all in blazing fire,
Let no demon escape your ire.

3. She who cursed with wicked might,
She who caused pain, hiding in night.
She who stole the sacred essence,
She must perish for her offense.

4. Let the Yatudhani eat her son,
Her sister too, let it be done.
Let them strike and tear apart,
Let their evil meet its end at heart.
