Listening to the Sri Krishna mantra from the Bhagavad Gita for protection can bring numerous benefits to individuals seeking mental and spiritual peace. This powerful mantra invokes the divine presence of Lord Krishna, offering protection and guidance during challenging times. Regular chanting or listening to this mantra can help reduce anxiety and stress, promoting a sense of calm and tranquility. It can also enhance concentration and focus, fostering a positive mindset. The vibrations from the mantra purify the environment, creating a protective shield against negative energies, and promoting overall well-being and spiritual growth.
Bhakti marga is very easy on the mind. You simply have to listen to the greatness of Bhagavan. In Jnana-marga, there are a number of apparently contradictory systems. You will get confused. In Karma-kanda perfection is very important. Achieving perfection is very stressful.
Lomaharshana is also known as Romaharshana. Loma or roma in Sanskrit means hair. Harsha means goosebumps. Lomaharshana is the first Suta, the narrator of the Puranas. His narration was so exciting that the audience used to get goosebumps.
