This is a protective Vedic prayer.

It invokes Agni, Indra, Soma, and Brihaspati to expose, burn, drive away, and destroy harmful hidden forces called 'Yatudhanas' and 'Kimidins'.

Here, 'Yatudhana' generally means a destructive, harmful, demonic or sorcery-like force.

'Kimidin' means a secret harmful being or hidden troublemaker.

The main prayer is:

'Agni, bring the hidden harmful force before us. You are praised by devotees. You have the power to destroy enemies and evil-doers.'

'Agni, accept this offering. Burn and melt away the Yatudhanas who harm others secretly.'

'Let those harmful beings become weak and exposed. Let Agni and Indra accept our offering and protect us.'

'Let Agni first seize them. Let powerful Indra push them away. Let every hidden evil-doer be forced to reveal himself and say: I am the one.'

'Agni, show us your strength. You see human beings clearly. Tell us who these harmful beings are. Burn them from all sides and make them come forward openly.'

'Agni, you were born for our welfare. Become our messenger. Expose and destroy the Yatudhanas.'

'Agni, bring those bound harmful forces here. Then let Indra cut off their heads with his thunderbolt.'

Then the prayer continues:

'Let this offering carry away the Yatudhanas like river foam is carried away by water. Whoever, man or woman, has done this harmful act against the praying people, let that person be brought under control.'

'The one who has acted against us has come near. O Brihaspati, bring that person under your control. O Agni and Soma, strike and pierce that harmful force.'

'O Soma, destroy the lineage and power of the Yatudhana. Bring down the one who harms through secret praise or hostile ritual.'

'O Agni, you know the secret birthplaces and hiding places of these hidden devouring forces. Strengthened by sacred mantra, destroy them completely.'

Simple overall meaning:

'Agni, Indra, Soma, and Brihaspati, protect us from hidden enemies, black magic, secret harm, evil intention, and destructive forces. Bring them into the open. Burn their power. Remove their influence. Let the offering reach the devas and become protection for us.'

The mood of the hymn is not ordinary anger.

It is a ritual call for protection.

It asks divine fire to reveal what is hidden.

It asks Indra to strike what is dangerous.

It asks Soma and Brihaspati to neutralize hostile forces through divine authority and mantra power.
