Regular devotion and spiritual practices play a vital role in maintaining both spiritual and physical health. By worshiping the divine, we invite positive energy into our lives, fostering inner peace, harmony, and overall well-being. Engaging in daily worship strengthens one's connection with the divine and ensures a balanced, healthy life. Ganesha, we have already seen.
Next, Surya Deva.
All Sundays of the lunar month Shravana.
Any Saptami on which Hasta nakshatra is also there.
And also Shukla paksha Saptami of the lunar month Magha.
This is also called Ratha Saptami.
These days are very auspicious for worshiping Surya Deva.

Wednesdays of the lunar months Jyeshta and Bhadrapada.
Dwadashi and Shravana nakshatra together on the same day.
These are good for an abundance of wealth.
The whole month of Shravana is good for the worship of Lord Vishnu and this is particularly for health.
We earlier saw special dana for each lunar month.
If you worship Lord Vishnu on any Dwadashi, it will give results of all these danas.
On any Dwadashi, invite 12 noble brahmins, worship them with the sixteen upachras after designating each one with one of the 12 names of the Lord -Keshava, Narayana .... like that.
So when you are worshiping the first person, you should say - Keshavaya namaha, asanam samarpayami, Keshavaya namaha padyam samarpayami...
For the second person - Narayanaya namaha asanam samarpayami, Narayanaya namaha padyam samarpayami...
Like this all 16 upacharas for all the 12.
Of course in the place of naivedyam, full-fledged bhojanam.
This is very very good for getting the blessings of Sri Hari.
This you can do with 12 names of other Devatas also.
You can do with 12 names of Ganesha to get blessings of Ganesha... like that.
For Devi -
The whole solar month of Karkataka or Karka is good for worshiping Devi
and also Navami and Mrigashira nakshatra on the same day.
Mondays are good for Devi.
