गङ्गाधीश्वरं शङ्करं सङ्गमेश्वरम्।
अङ्गमर्धनारीश्वरं शेञ्जटाधरं शिवम्।
मङ्गलाकारं महादेवं मङ्गलरूपं महेश्वरम्।
लिङ्गोद्भवं वैभवम् ओङ्कारनादं सदाशिवम्।

Meaning:
गङ्गाधीश्वरम् – lord of Ganga
शङ्करम् – Shankara, the giver of welfare
सङ्गमेश्वरम् – lord of the sacred confluence
अङ्गम् – visible as body
अर्धनारीश्वरम् – the form that is half Shiva and half Devi
शेञ्जटाधरम् – the one who bears matted locks of hair
शिवम् – the auspicious Shiva
मङ्गलाकारम् – the form of auspiciousness
महादेवम् – the great Deva
मङ्गलरूपम् – whose very nature is blessing
महेश्वरम् – the supreme Ishwara
लिङ्गोद्भवम् – the one who manifested as the linga of light
वैभवम् – the glory, the divine splendor
ओङ्कारनादम् – the sound of Omkara
सदाशिवम् – the eternal Shiva
Combined meaning:
Salutations to Shankara, the lord of Ganga and of the sacred confluence; to Shiva who is Ardhanarishwara with matted hair; to Mahadeva, the very form of mangala; to Sadashiva, whose glory appeared as the linga and whose essence is the sound of Om.
