Brahma Prays to Devi to Wake Up Sri Hari

KINCHIT VASTU, KWACHIT VASTU – whatever, wherever, everything.
SAT and ASAT – the vivaksha is about akhilatmika: all those that exist and don't exist.

When we say Shakti, we have this tendency to connect it to power, movement. But here it is said, Shakti of jada vastu also, apparently non-living vastu also. When we say Shakti, we think it is only iccha shakti, but here it says Shakti of jada vastu also, non-living vastu also.

Take another perspective. We say 'stand like a rock.' It is apparently non-living, because our scriptures don’t consider them as non-living. Look at Himavan. Our mountains get married, children are born to them. But we consider them as jadavastu.

A layman would consider them jadavastu. Another perspective:
It doesn’t have anything to do with life itself. It has got more to do with prajna or intellect.

All kinds of shakti are she alone, Mahamaya alone. Is it possible to even praise a small part of her? किं स्तूयसे तदा – is it possible to praise you sufficiently?

Because of you, the creator, sustainer, and dissolver of the universe himself is asleep now. This is your power. Who can ever praise you? Brahma is saying all this.

Vishnu, Brahma ('aham'), Ishana (Shiva)—we are all embodiments caused by you alone. Earlier, Sri Hari who is asleep was described as creator, sustainer, and eliminator all in one. Here, as embodiments, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are taken separately.

What I have said so far hardly describes your greatness. Still, you distract and confuse these arrogant demons, spoil their intentions, and make them look like fools—these two, Madhu and Kaitabha.

Wake up the Jagatswami. When you are asleep, you are heavy; when you wake up, your body seems heavy. So, 'make Achyuta light' means make him wake up. Bodhascha kriyatam—make him conscious. What for? To kill these monstrous demons.

This is how Brahma praised Devi and asked her to wake up Sri Hari from his sleep, which is caused by her.
