Sound Waves Can Animate Matter

At the level of the mind, sound can bring about many emotions.
Starting from basic communication.
If someone talks harshly to you, you are agitated.
Not just because of the meaning of what he says
the tone also.
If someone sleeping by your side is snoring
you are disturbed.
you must have shehani being played
during mourning at the demise of national leaders
this used to be common when radio was the only medium avaialble.
it conveys a certain emotion
it is just sound, music, it doesnt have any meaning.
sound , vibrations can generate emotions in our mind.
the emotions can lead to physical action also.
physical effects such as producing tears
involuntary
or voluntary
like dancing to a beat

Scientist at Larence Berkley national laboratory California under the us department of energy through an experiment have established that
sound waves can make inanimate objects to behave like living organisms.

what they did was
floating particles on the surface of water - glyserine solution
they responded to sound waves, audible soundwaves
they self assembled and synchronized themselves
responding to sound waves.
it is not that they scattered when hit by sound waves.
they assembled.

A study in conducted at Univeersity of lester , uk
has established that cows respond to music and produce more milk.

Audible sound

these are all physical effects of sound.
the same principle applies to mantras also.
mantras can produce physical effects both in inanimate objects and living beings.

Ultrasound frequencies above audible range is used in diagnosis, therapy, it can kill bacteria this effect is called ultrasonic disintegration

ultrasound is used in weapons

then infrasoudn frequencies below the audible range

animals such as whales hippopotamus they communicate using infrasoudn frequencies
whales can do this upto hundreds of miles

a study at sydney university shows evidence that infrasound can affect the nervous system, the vestibular system in the ear which is responsible for baancing

A study at ibraki university japan shows that infrasound can cause mental disturbances such as annoyance in technicians who work with big wind turbines.
Wind turbines produce infrasound.

there are so many of them studies.

effects of sound waves at various levels.

No wonder vedas consider sound shabda brahma as the primary force of creation.

the creation arises from an intent that
I am single , I am one as of now
I want to become many
from one to many
from many to many more
a fathr and mother they are two
then they give birth children
family becomes four or five
many to many more
this is creation
one to many and many to many more
but the only intent of creation is to become many
multiply

but the sound that creator brahma prajapati used to create , is it the same sound that hear and use.

Not likely , because

you take any word
it doesnt have a permanent immutable unchangeable connection with what it signifies.

take cow for example
it is guah in sankrit
gaay in hindi
in russia it is karova
in italian mucca

If I dont know italian , i know only hindi
then when i hear the word mukka what comes to mind is a punch.

so there is no permanet coneection between name and form beyond the boundaries of a particular language.

I hear the vaaka for the first time
it doesnt bring any image to my mind
it again means cow in portugese

so even sounds that we see in the vedas may not have this strict corelation between the name and form 100%
but the significance of vedic sound is that
they are near equivalents of the primordial sound or shabda brahma with which prajapati brahma created.

100% shabda brahma is what appeared in the mind of the creator.
then when he passed it on to the next level the manasa putras, it became the vedic corpus that we have.

It can be looked at in a different way also

The seers , the rishis they saw mantras
what does this mean
they saw knowledge and then delivered the soudn equivalent of knowledge as mantra.

but the huge difference between the sound of mantras and worldly speech is that
mantras can manifest
just like how brahmaa manifested the universe out of the shabda brahmaa that appeared in his mind
what he handed over to hsi manasa putras, the rishis and whch is beign handed down generation as the vedic corpus we have today
in the guru shishya parampara.
this is the importance of guru shishya parmapara.
Already what we have
the power of these mantras to manifested
is not 100% of what brahma had
that is not required also
he had to create the whole universe
we dont havee to do that
mantras wee have today, their power to manifest may be a 90 or 80 or 10 percent of brahma's power to manifest, we dont know for sure
but we ahve to preserve it

but if degenerration happens in the mantras, they will lose the power to manifest.

This is why I always say, learn mantras from a proper source.
The mantras that we give in Vedadhara are meant for listening, not for chanting.
Just listen that is good enough.
There are so many technnicalities involved if you want to chant.
Just listen shravana itself can producee a lot of good effects if you do it with a simple uncluttered mind, a positive mind.

just allow the mantras to fill your mind, just by listening. that is good enough.
