नित्यं सा पद्महस्ता मम वसतु गृहे सर्वमाङ्गल्ययुक्ता ।।

She who is seated in Padmasana,
With broad hips and wide lotus-like eyes,
With deep navel and bent by the weight of her bosom,
Clothed in pure white garments,
She, Goddess Lakshmi, bathed by celestial elephants
Using golden vessels studded with precious gems,
Holding a lotus in her hand,
May that Lakshmi, filled with all auspiciousness,
Dwell in my home always.
