दुश्च्यवनाय विद्महे सहस्राक्षाय धीमहि। तन्नः शक्रः प्रचोदयात् ।।

Meaning:

We contemplate the mighty Indra, the unconquerable one who destroys hostile forces.
We meditate upon the thousand-eyed lord who sees all directions.
May that powerful Shakra awaken and inspire our intellect and strength.
