Mantra for long and healthy life

आयुष्टे विश्वतो दधदयमग्निर्वरेण्यः ।
पुनस्ते प्राण आयाति परा यक्ष्मं सुवामि ते ॥
आयुर्दा अग्ने हविषो जुषाणो घृतप्रतीको घृतयोनिरेधि ।
घृतं पीत्वा मधु चारु गव्यं पितेव पुत्रमभि रक्षतादिमम् ॥

aayusht'e vishvato dadhadayamagnirvarenyah' .
punaste praana aayaati paraa yakshmam suvaami te ..
aayurdaa agne havisho jushaano ghri'taprateeko ghri'tayoniredhi .
ghri'tam peetvaa madhu chaaru gavyam piteva putramabhi rakshataadimam ..

May the revered Agni grant you a long life in all directions.
May your breath return, and may I drive away disease from you.

O Agni, bestower of life, accept this offering.
Reside in this ghee-laden place, shining with radiance.
Having drunk the ghee, the sweet and delightful essence of cows,
may you protect this being like a father protects his son.
