Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha 108 Times Meditation

ॐ गं गणपतये नमः

om gam ganapataye namah'

  • ॐ (Om)
The primordial sound of the universe. It represents the ultimate reality, the source from which everything emerges. It invokes the divine presence.

  • गं (Gam)
This is the bija mantra (seed sound) of Bhagavan Ganesha. It carries His full spiritual energy. Chanting ‘Gam’ directly connects the chanter to Ganesha’s power of removing obstacles and granting clarity.

  • गणपतये (Ganapataye)
    Means ‘to Ganapati’.
Ganapati means the Lord of the ganas. The ganas are the groups that govern the functions of the universe and also the forces within our body and mind. Ganapati is their master, the one who controls order and removes chaos.

  • नमः (Namah)
Means ‘I bow’, ‘I offer my reverence’, or ‘I surrender’.

‘I bow down to Bhagavan Ganesha, the supreme Lord of all forces, invoking His divine energy through the sacred sound Om and His bija mantra Gam.’
