om angirasaaya vidmahe dand'aayudhaaya dheemahi. tanno jeevah' prachodayaat.
Meaning:
We contemplate the radiant sage Angirasa, we meditate on the one who holds the staff of discipline and wisdom, may that divine force called Jiva inspire and guide our understanding.
