Shri Rama’s coronation as yuvaraja was planned when he was 25.
Sita Devi was 18 years old at that time.
That means, at the time of starting of the vanavasa, Shri Rama was 25 years old and Sita Devi was 18 years old.
Then they spent 10 years in various ashramas, and 3 years at Panchavati.
Abduction of Sita Devi by Ravana took place in the last year of vanavas.
At that time, Shri Rama was 38 years old and Sita Devi was 31 years old.
