Om is not necessary in many mantras. In some mantras Om is added with a certain purpose. There are some rules for this. Rishi - Chandas - Devata re pronounced if you are initiated and doing sadhana on your own. Mantras provided by Vedadhara are for listening. Replied by Vedadhara
