Vedadhara is an online interactive platform, to provide guidance to followers of Sanatana Dharma on its tenets, religious scriptures, practices and rituals through discourses and also propagate devotion through stotras, devotional songs, bhajans, keertans etc. Vedadhara also conducts various Pujas, Homas and Yajnas for universal welfare on daily basis and on occasions from time to time.

These Terms of Use set forth the legally binding terms of your use of the Website www.vedadhara.com including all contents available through www.vedadhara.com (herein after collectively referred to as the 'Website'). The Terms of Use apply to Browsers/Viewers and/or Users/Subscribers of Vedadhara and the website. The term Viewer/User/ Subscriber includes users who are accessing the Website, through any device and/or any means, including but not limited to browsers, applications (apps) on any platform, for accessing various content provided in the website, to enrol for Pujas, Homas and Yanjas conducted by Vedadhara and/or other related services on the Website.
By browsing and/or using the Website you signify your assent to the terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") and the terms and conditions of the 'Privacy Policy' of Vedadhara, which is published on the Website for reference. In addition, when using particular services provided by Vedadhara, such as viewing any content, or uploading any, Browsers/Viewers and/or Users/Subscribers shall be subject to any additional guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

The Pooja, Homas and Yajnas, for the appropriate occasion are purely recommendatory and Vedadhara does not guarantee benefit, retribution or mitigation as a result of performing such Pujas/Homas/Yajnas.
The interpretation, translation, commentary etc. as given in the Website is only one of the many such interpretations, translations and comments that are possible and is the interpreter's/translator's/commentator's own personal view and may not be the universal view.
Vedadhara makes no warranties that the manner of conducting the Pujas/Homas/Yajnas is the universally best-known mode of conducting the subscribed Pujas/Homas/Yajnas.

WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS
Browsers/Users/Viewers/Subscribers shall not use the Website in order to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute, share, store or destroy material, including without limitation any content on the Website which are: -

in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others.

When the user requests for information or enquires for a puja or chooses to participate in any Puja/Homas/Yajna, certain information will be required to be provided by them, including without limitation, a) a valid name, b) contact number, and c) email ID. The Registration services are free of charge. In addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you agree that Vedadhara may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. Vedadhara shall not disclose to any third party the name, address, e-mail address and telephone number of Browsers/Users/Viewers/Subscribers without prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. The term "post" as used herein shall mean information that User/Subscriber submits, shares, publishes or display on a Website.
The User/Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the user id and confidentiality of the account access information. The User/Subscriber shall be responsible for their use of the Website registrations whether or not authorized by them. The Users/Subscribers are not authorized to share their user id or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling the Account and Services. The User/Subscriber agrees to immediately notify Vedadhara of any unauthorized use of the Account, and user id and any change in the Registration details therein.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO USERS/SUBSCRIBERS

Any puja enrolment form submitted by the User/Subscriber must be accurate and describe the User/Subscriber and/or their requirements only. The puja enrolment form requires standard fields to be completed by the User/Subscriber which may include the following:
1. telephone numbers;
2. email addresses;
3. address or other means of contacting the User/Subscriber;
4. type of puja;
5. date of the puja to be conducted;
6. amount; and
7. another field that may be added from time to time.
The User/Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that by agreeing to and/or confirming for a puja to be conducted or by participating in any puja through the Vedadhara website, they would become members of the Vedadhara community.
The User/Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for providing details in the Form and accuracy of any material provided therein/placed by them on the Website. User/Subscriber may voluntarily ask Vedadhara to remove the posting/content uploaded by User/Subscriber.
The User/Subscriber understands and acknowledges that they have no ownership rights in the account created for registration. In case of the account being deleted or terminated all the account information from the Website, including profiles, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Website's databases and will be removed from any public area of the Website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Website web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of the Users/subscribers Information.
The Website reserves the right to delete the User's/subscriber's account and all of information after a significant duration of inactivity.
The Website further reserves the right to delete the User's/Subscriber's account for breach of the terms and conditions contained herein.
The booking for a Puja/Homa/Yajna, is not said to be confirmed until the User/subscriber receives a confirmation email from Vedadhara. In case the User/Subscriber does not receive such a confirmation email indicating the nature of such enrolment, it is the responsibility of the User to contact Vedadhara at the contact information provided on the Website.

MOBILE SERVICES
The use of the Website through a mobile device is possible. Browsers/Users/Viewers/Subscribers agree that information about the use of the Website, registration of the User/Subscriber is possible through the mobile device and carrier. In addition, use of the Website through a mobile device may cause data to be displayed on and through your mobile device. By accessing the Website using a mobile device, the User/Subscriber represent that to the extent they import any of Website data unto their mobile device; they are responsible for all charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the Website through mobile access provider. In the event the mobile/mobile account is changed or deactivated, the User/Subscriber must promptly update their account information on the Website to ensure that the messages are not sent to the person who acquires the old number and failure to do so is their sole responsibility.
By using any downloadable application to enable use of the Website by the User/Subscriber, or any other Mobile/Web application created/provided/distributed by Vedadhara they are explicitly confirming their acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy associated with the Application provided at download or installation, or as may be updated from time to time.

PUJA PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Vedadhara conducts various Pujas/Homas/Yajnas on daily basis, monthly basis and on special occasions. These are public events and conducted for universal welfare irrespective of public participation.
The details of such Pujas/Homas/Yajnas are provided on the website from time to time. The User/Subscriber can voluntarily make contributions towards conduct of such Pujas/Homas/Yajnas. It should be noted that these Pujas/Homas/Yajnas are not conducted exclusively for anyone, unless specifically communicated to the User/Subscriber by email by Vedadhara.
Vedadhara collects details such as Name, Gotra, Nakshatra, Rasi etc. provided by the User/Subscriber and uses them in connection with the Puja/Homas/Yajna as is appropriate.
Live streaming facility of these Pujas/Homas/Yajnas is provided subject to availability of internet at the venue and other technical factors. Vedadhara does not warrant uninterrupted live streaming of the Pujas / Homas / Yajnas.
Vedadhara does not guarantee pronouncing sankalpa on behalf of the individual User / Subscriber who has contributed towards the puja.
Vedadhara does not promise to send any prasada to the User/Subscriber who has contributed towards the puja.
Content of this Website should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice suitable to your situation.
Contributions towards such Pujas/Homas/Yajnas can be made through the payment gateway ( third party website ) provided in the section "Book a Puja" in the website or directly into the designated bank account in which case an email communication of the same has to be provided to helpdesk@vedadhara.com.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
A request for cancellation of a booked puja may be sent to helpdesk@vedadhara.com up to 24 hours before the commencement of the puja. A full refund will be initiated within 3 working days.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Vedadhara shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any contents, product efficacy, service efficacy and/or the accuracy, completeness, information, knowledge, advice, timelines, messages, errors, suitability, appropriateness of services and/or products provided on/through the Website or for any ill effects loss or damage caused directly or indirectly, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential etc. as a result of the any of the aforementioned issues.
Vedadhara shall not be held liable for any errors, typographical errors, omissions, completeness, accuracy, reliability in the contents posted and viewed or for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential etc as a result of such content.
Vedadhara shall not be held liable for the acts of Browsers/Users/Viewers/Subscribers such as indulging in cyber stalking, acts amounting to cybercrime, any act which amounts to a nuisance or any other act violating any provisions of the law for the time being in force.
In addition, there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people includes the Priest/Priests, acting under false pretences or representing themselves to be an expert or acquire a certain skill. The User/Subscriber assumes all risks associated with dealing with other users/third parties with whom they come in contact through the Website. By its very nature other people's information may be incomplete, incorrect offensive, harmful or inaccurate, erroneous, and in some cases will be mislabelled or deceptively labelled. We expect that the User/Subscriber will use caution and common sense when using the Website and Vedadhara shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of the aforementioned acts/dealings.
Vedadhara shall not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from the services availed or products availed on recommendation of the Website or due to any virus, bug or other interruption or cessation from the Website caused due to third party.
Vedadhara shall not be held responsible if a scheduled Puja/Homas/Yajna is cancelled for any reason, including Force Majeure, However, Vedadhara will endeavor its best efforts to conduct the same at the earliest appropriate occasion, but does not guarantee the same.
Vedadhara shall not be held liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, no-show of the Priest, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. The Website shall have no responsibility to provide access to the Website while interruption of the Website is due to any such cause shall continue.
Vedadhara shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from any change in registration information, or resulting from any unauthorized use of User/ Subscriber's account and passwords or from acting on any information posted by User/Subscriber.
