पार्वतीसहितं स्कन्दनन्दिविघ्नेशसंयुतम्।
चिन्तयामि हृदाकाशे भजतां पुत्रदं शिवम्॥
भगवन् रुद्र सर्वेश सर्वभूतदयापर।
अनाथनाथ सर्वज्ञ पुत्रं देहि मम प्रभो॥
रुद्र शंभो विरूपाक्ष नीलकण्ठ महेश्वर।
पूर्वजन्मकृतं पापं व्यपोह्य तनयं दिश॥
चन्द्रशेखर सर्वज्ञ कालकूटविषाशन।
मम सञ्चितपापस्य लयं कृत्वा सुतं दिश॥
त्रिपुरारे क्रतुध्वंसिन् कामाराते वृषध्वज।
कृपया मयि देवेश सुपुत्रान् देहि मे बहून्॥
अन्धकारे वृषारूढ चन्द्रवह्न्यर्कलोचन।
भक्ते मयि कृपां कृत्वा सन्तानं देहि मे प्रभो॥
कैलासशिखरावास पार्वतीस्कन्दसंयुत।
मम पुत्रं च सत्कीर्तिं ऐश्वर्यं चाशु देहि भोः॥

chintayaami hri'daakaashe bhajataam putradam shivam..
bhagavan rudra sarvesha sarvabhootadayaapara.
anaathanaatha sarvajnya putram dehi mama prabho..
rudra shambho viroopaaksha neelakant'ha maheshvara.
poorvajanmakri'tam paapam vyapohya tanayam disha..
chandrashekhara sarvajnya kaalakoot'avishaashana.
mama sanchitapaapasya layam kri'tvaa sutam disha..
tripuraare kratudhvamsin kaamaaraate vri'shadhvaja.
kri'payaa mayi devesha suputraan dehi me bahoon..
andhakaare vri'shaarood'ha chandravahnyarkalochana.
bhakte mayi kri'paam kri'tvaa santaanam dehi me prabho..
kailaasashikharaavaasa paarvateeskandasamyuta.
mama putram cha satkeertim aishvaryam chaashu dehi bhoh'..
Meaning:
पार्वतीसहितं स्कन्दनन्दिविघ्नेशसंयुतम्। चिन्तयामि हृदाकाशे भजतां पुत्रदं शिवम्॥
Meaning: 'I contemplate in the space of my heart on Shiva, who is accompanied by Parvati, Skanda (Kartikeya), Nandi, and Ganesha. He is the giver of sons to those who worship Him.'
भगवन् रुद्र सर्वेश सर्वभूतदयापर। अनाथनाथ सर्वज्ञ पुत्रं देहि मम प्रभो॥
Meaning: 'O Lord Rudra, the supreme being, compassionate towards all creatures, protector of the helpless, and omniscient one, please grant me a son, O my Lord.'
रुद्र शंभो विरूपाक्ष नीलकण्ठ महेश्वर। पूर्वजन्मकृतं पापं व्यपोह्य तनयं दिश॥
Meaning: 'O Rudra, Shambhu, the three-eyed one (Virupaksha), blue-throated (Neelakantha), great lord (Maheshwara), please remove the sins committed in previous births and grant me a son.'
चन्द्रशेखर सर्वज्ञ कालकूटविषाशन। मम सञ्चितपापस्य लयं कृत्वा सुतं दिश॥
Meaning: 'O Chandrashekhara (the one with the moon on his head), all-knowing, the destroyer of the deadly Kalakuta poison, please annihilate my accumulated sins and grant me a son.'
त्रिपुरारे क्रतुध्वंसिन् कामाराते वृषध्वज। कृपया मयि देवेश सुपुत्रान् देहि मे बहून्॥
Meaning: 'O Tripurari (destroyer of the three cities), destroyer of sacrifices, enemy of Kama (god of love), who rides the bull, O Lord of the gods, please kindly grant me many noble sons.'
अन्धकारे वृषारूढ चन्द्रवह्न्यर्कलोचन। भक्ते मयि कृपां कृत्वा सन्तानं देहि मे प्रभो॥
Meaning: 'O Lord, mounted on the bull, with the moon, fire, and sun as your eyes, show your mercy to me, your devotee, and grant me offspring.'
कैलासशिखरावास पार्वतीस्कन्दसंयुत। मम पुत्रं च सत्कीर्तिं ऐश्वर्यं चाशु देहि भोः॥
Meaning: 'O resident of the Kailasa peak, accompanied by Parvati and Skanda, please grant me a son, good reputation, and prosperity promptly.'
